France • Overseas

France beyond Europe: Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana and Réunion, its overseas collectivities, and its islands in the far south and the Pacific where no one lives for good. Mayotte and the Scattered Islands are left out: the UN holds Mayotte to be part of Comoros, and has asked France to negotiate handing most of the Scattered Islands to Madagascar.
